I've been a valley resident in Arizona since 1959 after moving here as a young boy with my family from southern California. Since then I've had the opportunity to watch Phoenix grow from relative obscurity to become one of the major metropolitan areas in the country. I received my Arizona Real Estate Appraiser License in June of 1999 and my Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser License in December of 2006. Since obtaining my license in 1999 I've completed over 3,000 appraisal assignments of various types of property without a registered complaint to the Arizona Board of Appraisal.
